Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear, makeup, or fragrances.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
